Garden Island Resort

The Garden Island Resort was originally a Travelodge hotel and one of Taveuni's first resorts. It has changed hands a couple of times and has developed into a unique hotel resort with modest tariffs. It's size means that it is able to accommodate large diving groups who wish to dive the world-famous Rainbow Reef. The resort has its own on-site dive operation - Aqua-Trek - and large dive boats whisk guests across to the reef twice a day. Birdwatching groups also regular frequent the property, which is not too far from one of the best bird watching areas at Des Voeux peak. Honeymoons, weddings, families, divers .. great for everyone.
